About Legat
Legat sits on steep south-facing slopes in Leutschach, where vineyards climb at roughly 40% gradient across the Südsteiermark. A family business located within its own vineyards, the house produces Welschriesling, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Sämling 88, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Traminer, and Zweigelt. The Buschenschank opens seasonally, serving raw ham from free-range pigs, game, and homemade pastries. Five guest rooms with shower, toilet, and satellite TV are available, with free WLAN throughout. An outdoor pool runs spring through late autumn. Wine sales continue year-round.
