About Jaunegg Daniel
Daniel Jaunegg is the second generation owner of his family's vineyard in Südsteiermark, established in 1975. He tends five hectares at 550 meters elevation in Leutschach. The work centers on Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented without commercial yeast. Demeter certified biodynamic since 2025. The portfolio includes Welschriesling Wurzelwerk 2023, Sauvignon Blanc Muri 2023, and Jardin d'herbes 2024. Jasmin joined in 2016. The tasting room opens Fridays 1–5 PM April through October, by appointment November through March.
