About Laurel Gray Vineyards
Laurel Gray Vineyards sits in the Swan Creek AVA of the Yadkin Valley, where the Myers family has farmed for ten generations, beginning with a 400-acre grant from Queen Charlotte in 1773. Ben and Kim Myers founded the winery in 1999, converting an old milking parlor into the tasting room. The program produces estate handcrafted wines, including Merlot, sold exclusively through the tasting room and online. Behind the operation stands Yadkin Valley Wine Company, a production facility with 37 stainless steel tanks ranging from 26 gallons to 3,000 gallons and 500 barrels of capacity. A wine club offers members access to pre-release and exclusive award-winning wines.
