Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, Nouvelle-Aquitaine. La Mondotte was acquired in 1971, then Stephan von Neipperg took over management in 1985. The winery's production philosophy centers on respecting distinct terroirs and building autonomous ecosystem balance. From the late 1990s onward, the ecological approach strengthened. Ludovic von Neipperg joined as Technical Director in March 2021, applying agro-ecological viticultural practices that are both traditional and innovative. The winery offers intimate tastings, blending workshops, and vineyard walks.
