The property passed to Baron Bich in December 1977 and is now presided over by Pauline Bich Chandon-Moët and her husband Philippe Chandon-Moët. In 2012, it earned classification as Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé. The château offers meals and overnight stays, with food available on-site. The program was recognized at the Trophées de l'Œnotourisme 2026.
