About Kosicek Vineyards
Kosicek Vineyards traces its roots to 1929, when the founder's grandfather arrived from Slovenia and began farming grapes. The winery itself was established in 2012, now in its fourth generation with Emma and Anthony Kosicek actively contributing to the program. Situated in the Lake Erie shore grape-growing region in Geneva, Ohio, the house produces Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Vidal Blanc. The 2022 Estate Bourbon Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in new French oak, then finished in Bourbon barrel French oak. Allegiance is a dry red blend of Cabernet Franc, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Sirah.
