Knox Road Vineyard

About

Family-owned vineyard at the east end of the Yakima Valley AVA, five miles west of Red Mountain. Knox Road specializes in premium Rhône varietals, with Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Counoise and Cinsault anchoring the portfolio. New plantings in 2025 will add Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Marsanne and Roussanne to the program. Elevation ranges from 850 feet at the north end to 775 feet at the south. The vineyard holds Registered Vineyard Block status for certified clean plant material and practices single-cluster, low-yield farming. The vineyard works with the Benton County Conservation District to incorporate native plants and ground cover.
