The domain has farmed organically since vintage 2023 and holds Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 certification from 2019 onward. The portfolio includes AOC Marc d'Alsace Gewurztraminer Bio and Crémant Blanc Prestige Brut Zéro 2021. A caveau welcomes visitors.
