Kir-Yianni Estate (Amyntaio)

About

Founded by a Greek wine industry legend who left the country's largest winery to do his own thing, Kir-Yianni crafts wines from vineyards straddling Mount Vermion's slopes, blending high-altitude continental climate vibes with the indigenous Xinomavro grape. Their secret sauce is microvinification and serious blending work that coaxes out subtle fruit and bright acidity, giving these wines real backbone and aging potential.
