Tucked between two lakes in northwestern Macedonia at 620-680 meters, this unified vineyard gets battered by northwesterly winds and blessed with sandy, low-fertility soils that coax complex wines out of grapes like Xinomavro and Syrah. The collaboration between a second-generation vintner and oenologist focuses on showcasing Greek wine internationally through gentle, environmentally-respectful winemaking.
