Karl Riegelnegg has tended vineyards in Gamlitz since 1849, a lineage of nearly 175 years in the Südsteiermark. Seven hectares on the Sernauberg contain sand, clay, limestone, and Blauer Opok. Karl produces Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon, Blauer Zweigelt, Welschriesling, Ruländer, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Sauvignon Blanc Ried Sernauberg 2023 won gold at the London Tasting Awards 2025. The G'wölbkeller tasting room hosts tastings. A Weintour and Winzerhaus vacation rental are available.
