About Kapper
Kapper works the volcanic soils of Fehring with hand-harvested fruit and steel-tank fermentation. The portfolio spans Welschriesling, Riesling, Weissburgunder, and Chardonnay under the DAC designation, alongside Scheurebe, Gelber Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc from the Nussberg, and Rosé. The cellar offers commented tastings. Visitors can sponsor a vineyard plot and tend it themselves, or settle into exclusive picnics among the vines.
