About
Junto Wine, established in 2011 in Seward, Nebraska, works eight acres of cold-hardy hybrid grapes. Nine varieties grow here, hand-pruned by a crew with fifty-plus years of combined experience and harvested by hand each season. The cellar produces robust reds, delicate dessert whites, and amber wines without artificial sugar or Potassium Sorbate. Junto was the first in Nebraska to utilize cross-flow filtration. The tasting room opens Friday through Sunday, serving food and beverages on outdoor seating. A five-kilometer hiking trail winds through the property. The venue also hosts weddings and events.
