The unique terroir combines altitude, proximity to the cold Atlantic Ocean, cool sea breezes, and complex soils to produce distinctive wines with retained acidity and delicate aromatics. The winery produces multiple wine lines including Elgin Highlands, Single Vineyard, By Iona, Brocha (biodynamically farmed), and Sophie wines.
