The house works with organic and responsibly farmed vineyards, leaning into minimal intervention. Native fermentation, no unnecessary additives. Butch is a California Zinfandel. Lefty is a Left Bank Bordeaux-style Cabernet built from mountain fruit. Fifi La Fawn is Sauvignon Blanc. The Girls is Rosé. Mushroomhead is a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and sometimes Mourvèdre or Graciano. The tasting room welcomes dogs and offers outdoor seating.
