Riley Roddick's Paso Robles program moves through Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Rosé, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Graciano. The house works with organic and responsibly farmed vineyards, leaning into minimal intervention. Native fermentation, no unnecessary additives. Butch is a California Zinfandel. Lefty is a Left Bank Bordeaux-style Cabernet built from mountain fruit. Fifi La Fawn is Sauvignon Blanc. The Girls is Rosé. Mushroomhead is a blend of Carignan, Syrah, and sometimes Mourvèdre or Graciano. The tasting room welcomes dogs and offers outdoor seating.
