Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre bring six generations of winemaking heritage from Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux to Paso Robles, now operating from Tin City. Guillaume previously worked at L'Aventure and started his own winery called Clos Solène. Benom produces wines in limited quantities, including Origin, Les Deux Freres, Lapsus, Le Vingt, Muze, and Reflet. Private tastings by appointment run approximately one hour, daily 9 am to 5 pm, with the final seating at 3:30 pm. Reservations required.
