About Benom Wines
Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre bring six generations of winemaking heritage from Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux to Paso Robles, now operating from Tin City. Guillaume previously worked at L'Aventure and started his own winery called Clos Solène. Benom produces wines in limited quantities, including Origin, Les Deux Freres, Lapsus, Le Vingt, Muze, and Reflet. Private tastings by appointment run approximately one hour, daily 9 am to 5 pm, with the final seating at 3:30 pm. Reservations required.

Private Tasting
One-on-one tasting journey led by a dedicated wine educator that spans continents. Learn about the Fabre brothers' French heritage, their passion for French and Spanish wines, Old World winemaking traditions, and the uniqueness of Paso Robles vineyards. Approximately one hour long. Available daily 9 am to 5 pm by appointment, with last tasting at 3:30 pm.
