About

Barb and Gabe Parker founded Homestead Vineyards & Winery in 1983 in Ivanhoe, in the Red River Valley of North Texas. The first vintage arrived in 1989. Today, it stands as the oldest continually operating winery in the region. Roy Mitchell is the winemaker, working with Tempranillo and a portfolio that includes Rose of Ivanhoe, Homestead Red, and Bois D'Arc. The tasting room welcomes visitors, with a second location in Denison. Vineyard tours and the Taste and Toast Collective member club are available.
