About Hoffman Farms, Inc.
Highland, Michigan. Originally farmed around 1830 by Elias Doty across 300 acres in Highland and Rose Townships, the property passed to Susan Briggs Fisher in 1960. Hoffman Farms, Inc. established itself in 2016. The program spans dry whites like Cheval Blanc and Reserve Itasca, dry reds including Reserve Marquette from Marquette grapes, and sweeter expressions. Farmhouse Red draws from Concord grapes. The fruit work extends to Rose Center Cherry and Rose Center Blackberry. A rotating tap of six Michigan-made hard ciders rounds the portfolio.
