Champagne Hervieux-Dumez is a family-run champagne house established in 1920 by Henri Hervieux and Juliette Dumez in Sacy, Champagne. Now run by third-generation winemakers Laurent, Clément, and Timothée, the house focuses on revealing the essence of their terroir through authentic, environmentally-conscious winemaking practices. They are members of Le Club Trésors, the first association of champagne vignerons in Champagne, and produce champagnes including their prestigious Spécial Club cuvée.
