About Hertzog Sylvain
Hertzog Sylvain was established in Obermorschwihr in 1987. The winery works its Alsatian vineyards with integrated pest management and natural grass cover in place of chemicals. Vines are planted alternately to optimize exposure across varietals. The program spans Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Edelzwicker, alongside Crémant Blanc d'Alsace Brut and Crémant Rosé d'Alsace Brut. Recent releases include Gewurztraminer Cuvée Sainte-Cécile 2023, Pinot Gris Cuvée Particulière 2023, Pinot Noir Bild 2023, and Riesling Tradition 2022.
