About Bauer Jacques & Fiils

Fifteen hectares spread across seven communes from Wintzenheim to Westhalten, anchored by three Grand Cru sites. Hatschbourg, Steingrubler, and Zinnkoepflé form the spine of the work. More than three generations of independent winegrowers have made wine here in Herrlisheim. The cellar produces Vins d'Alsace, Crémants d'Alsace, Vendanges Tardives, and Sélections de Grains Nobles. Reasoned viticulture and Haute Valeur Environnementale certification guide the vineyard. Beehives installed across the sites support the ecosystem. Cave visits and group tastings are available by reservation.
