Hayfork Wine Company

Hayfork Wine Company

About

Hayfork Wine Company began in 1864 when John and Elvy Lewelling planted the St. Helena family ranch. Six generations later, winemaker Haley continues that lineage, sourcing grapes from Lewelling Ranch in St. Helena, Kenefick Ranch and Shypoke Vineyard in Calistoga, and Johnson Family Ranch in Redwood Valley. The program produces under 1,000 cases annually with restrained use of new oak. Woman-made and farmer-owned. The tasting room, at 1282 Vidovich Ave., operates by reservation.
