The winemaker, a Lewistown native of over 50 years, works with 100% real fruit and no artificial flavoring, aging wines in stainless tanks and American oak barrels. Fort Granville, a bourbon barrel-aged port-style fortified red, and Railroad Red, a dry red made from Pennsylvania-grown grapes, anchor the portfolio. General McCoy honors local Major General Frank Ross McCoy. The Hawstone Cooler leads sales. The winery pours wine on tap by the glass or growler, offers wine slushies for here or to go, and operates The Coliseum, an event venue featuring live music, food, and wine.
