Winemaker Johann Hans practices controlled and integrated plant protection in viticulture, employing strict thinning, targeted leaf work, gentle pressing, and controlled fermentation. Since 1991, the house has operated a Heurigen, a traditional wine tavern, with seven guest rooms and one holiday apartment on the property.
