The variety is 'Ungarische Beste', cultivated using nature-based methods and hand-picked when ripe during the late June to late July harvest. The work is part of Die Kittseer Marille association. Farm-gate sales operate by pre-order only, with regional delivery available in the Kittsee and Neusiedl am See area for orders of 10 kg or more.
