About Hackner
Hackner operates six hectares in Furth bei Göttweig, in the Kremstal, as a family enterprise across three generations. The program spans Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Gemischter Satz. The 2021 Riesling Kremstal DAC Reserve Ried Hochrain scored 92 points from Falstaff. The Cabernet Sauvignon Ried Oberfeld 2021 reached the NÖ finals, while the Gelber Muskateller Sekt Brut Nature earned top price-performance recognition and the Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum claimed a VCM award. The winery is certified sustainable by Nachhaltig Austria since 2023. Heuriger events are held six times yearly, with a tasting room and food available.
