Founded in 2007, Habit Wine Company draws from a network of Santa Barbara County vineyard sites. Winemaker Jeff Fischer works with Westerly in Happy Canyon, Rock Hollow in Los Olivos, Jurassic Park in Santa Ynez, Rancho Arroyo Perdido in Santa Ynez Valley, Coquelicot in Santa Ynez Valley, and Watch Hill in Los Alamos. The house produces Bordeaux varietals, with wines produced and bottled in Santa Maria. Coastal Vineyard Care Association manages the vineyard sites. A tasting room is available, and the portfolio ships across the United States except Utah.
