Wines are naturally fermented with no added sulfites. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Dolcetto, Grenache, and Riesling are aged for at least two years in new and used oak, stainless steel, and bottle. The Riesling carries lime and peach flavors and is sweet. The Grenache has notes of boysenberries, plums, and cassis. Wine club members receive four seasonal shipments annually and save up to 20% on award-winning wines.
