Grünauer opened in Heiligenbrunn in 1957 and remains family-operated through its third generation. The kitchen specializes in traditional Viennese cuisine and closes at 22:30. Approximately 50 seats fill the dining room, backed by a cellar of approximately 200 Austrian wines. Augustiner Edelstoff and Starobrno are served on draft. The restaurant holds two Gault&Millau toques.
