Gruet Winery

About

Gruet traces its lineage to Gilbert Gruet's Champagne house in Bethon, France, now channeling that heritage through sparkling wines made in Albuquerque using Méthode Champenoise. The program centers on non-vintage releases, aged sur lie for a minimum of 18 months. The Brut arrives in straw color with apple notes and a silky, dense mouthfeel. The Brut Rosé glows melon-mango with tropical fruit aromas and hints of vanilla. A Blanc de Noirs rounds the portfolio. Tasting rooms sit at 8400 Pan American Freeway N.E. in Albuquerque and at 210 Don Gaspar Ave in the Hotel St. Francis in Santa Fe.
