Grey Sands Vineyard is a unique Tamar Valley winery in Tasmania that produces concentrated, complex wines designed to challenge and excite the senses rather than please everyone. The winery currently has 18 different grape varieties bearing fruit, producing 11-12 different wines depending on the season, with wines cellared before release to ensure approachability.
