About Grandfather Vineyard Wines
Grandfather Vineyard Wines sources over 65% of its grapes from the High Country and surrounding areas, with the remainder from out west. Everything happens on property, from crusher to barrel room. The program spans fourteen varietals, from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon to Gewürztraminer and Viognier. Hair of the Dog, a silver medal winning blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, anchors the portfolio. Wine Club Red emerges from collaboration with club members, a blend of Dolcetto, Malbec, and Carignan. The tasting lodge operates first come, first serve, Monday through Saturday noon to six, Sunday noon to five. Private tastings and winery tours happen one Friday each month. Weekly live music, food trucks, and artisanal vendors are offered. Kids and pets are welcome.
