About Goettelmann Lucien

Goettelmann Lucien has worked Kintzheim since 1900. The house modernized in the 1980s, then restructured as an EARL in 2001, installing a larger cellar and new pressing system. Cathy Pereira, daughter of Lucien, now leads the operation alongside Joseph and Laura. Grapes are always harvested by hand and become Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Muscat d'Alsace, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Edelzwicker, and Crémant. Tastings are available by reservation in the rustic cellar, paired with Kugelhof, bretzels, or charcuterie and cheese.
