Giuseppe Cortese

About

Giuseppe Cortese was founded in 1971 in Piemonte, working with Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, and Cortese. The program centers on Barbaresco, with the Rabajà vineyard at its heart. The Barbaresco Rabajà Riserva ages for 40 months in Slavonian oak barrels over 40 years old, then three years in bottle. Vines in that site are approximately 70 years old. The portfolio extends to Langhe Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, Barbera d'Alba and its Morassina selection, and Bianco Scapulin.
