Giorgitsminda Cellar is a wine company founded in 2018 in Giorgitsminda village, Sagarejo municipality, Kakheti. It owns its vineyards and production facility and makes wine using both traditional Georgian qvevri methods and modern technology. Visitors are taken through the vineyards and cellar with guided tastings and a light lunch, and the estate also hosts private events among the vines. Wines shown at Georgia's New Wine Festival include Manavis Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli, Saperavi and Kisi.
