Fudge Factory Farm grows its own berries in El Dorado County and ferments them into wine. Raspberry Wine carries notes of raspberry and earth aromas with citrus blossom. Blackberry Wine opens to wild blackberry and bing cherry. The raspberries include Josephine and Crimson Night varieties, all 100% farm-grown. The tasting room operates seasonally from Labor Day through mid-December, with food available. Online ordering and one-hour pick-up run September through November.
