About Four Twelve Winery
Four Twelve Winery, founded in 2017 in West Finley, sources grapes from Napa and Chile, then handcrafts the wines in Moon Township. Hand sorting and processing precede cold maceration of five to nine days. After fermentation, extended maceration stretches another four to seven days. Grapes are hand pressed using a 100 year old ratchet press. The wine is aged in American Oak barrels from Canton Cooperage. In 2019, Four Twelve Project, a wine and dinery, opened offering farm to table dining and wine sampling.
