Michael Dorf founded the concept. Happy Hour runs Monday through Thursday from 4 to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1pm, with half off all tap wines. Weekend brunch arrives with a DIY mimosa bar. Burgers and Barrels pairs a burger and glass of tap wine for $25, Sunday through Thursday. The Vinofile VIP+ membership unlocks monthly exclusive wine parties, featured bottles, complimentary flights, and 48-hour early access to tickets without fees. The house is on track to become the most environmentally efficient direct-to-consumer winery.
