FermForge

About

FermForge operates as a custom crush facility and winery in Brownfield, Texas, where winemaker Brian produces a diverse portfolio. The program spans Bordeaux and Rhône varietals, Italian grapes, and aromatic whites. Cab Sauv Clone 47 and a Bordeaux Blend both draw from Canted County Vineyard. A Fume Blanc emerges from co-fermented Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The 2023 Marsanne, co-fermented with Vermentino and finished on acacia, sits alongside a Muscat Blanc aged sur lie with dry fermentation and no malolactic work. Montepulciano Ripasso from Fambro Vineyards appears across 2023 and 2024 vintages. There is no tasting room.
