Felsina began in 1966 when the Poggiali family established the estate in Castelnuovo Berardenga, between Chianti and Crete Senesi. The program centers on Chianti Classico Berardenga, alongside Rancia, Fontalloro, and Vin Santo. The 2013 Fontalloro appeared at the Wine&Siena gala dinner in 2017.
