About Terra di Seta

Terra di Seta began in 2001 in Castelnuovo Berardenga, within Chianti Classico near Siena. Enrico Paternoster shapes the program across 46 hectares, 15 of which are vineyard. Certified organic from the start, the estate built its winery in 2007 and released its first vintage that year. Sangiovese forms the core of the portfolio, with every bottle certified Kosher since 2008. Beyond wine, the property yields Extra Virgin Olive Oil from over one thousand trees. The agriturismo Le Macie offers 18 guest beds, while a kosher dairy osteria opened in 2018.
