About Feldtheorie
Feldtheorie sits in Krems an der Donau, in Austria's Kamptal, named for a physics concept about the transmission of information. Ulrike Filp and Robert Bormuth work with organic farming and hand labor in both vineyard and cellar. Grapes are hand-selected. Wines ferment spontaneously in an old cellar vault beneath a Kellergassen building, then bottle unfiltered and uncleared.
