About Fattoria La Ripa
Fattoria La Ripa was founded in 1940 in Toscana, on approximately 16 hectares of vineyard, with 12 registered in the Chianti Classico DOCG zone. The house began bottling its own wine in 1968 and has operated under organic agriculture protocols since 2001, with certification from Bioagricert since 2006. The program centers on Chianti Classico DOCG and Chianti Classico Riserva, alongside Santa Brigida, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese blend aged in French and American oak. The cellar also produces Vinsanto DOCG from Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Sangiovese, aged ten years in sealed oak barrels, plus Grappa Riserva Biologica and extra virgin olive oil from Chianti Classico DOP. A tasting room and vineyard tours are available.
