Bryan Maletis founded Fatcork in Seattle in 2010 to champion grower Champagne from France. The program partners with small, independent, family-run Champagne houses, sourcing bottles produced using organic and biodynamic methods. The cellar operates a Champagne cave in the Pacific Northwest. The portfolio includes Absolu Meunier Brut from Didier-Ducos, among others. A Champagne Club membership is offered.
