About

Everly Farms takes its name from the owners' daughter, Everly, affectionately known as Evie Bird. Esther and Frank Weigel operate the winery on land that once held Minnetonka Orchards, Minnesota's first apple orchard. The program sources grapes from cold-hardy Minnesota vines and across North America. Alongside wine, the house runs Easton Cider. A wine club offers exclusive access to limited-release wines and member-only perks.
