Doppler began in 1960 in Spannberg, in Austria's Weinviertel region. The work extends beyond wine. Wheat, sugar beets, soy, and corn grow across roughly 40 hectares alongside two free-range hen flocks, each bird granted 8 square meters of pasture. Grapes come from Klein Staasdorf.
