About Domaine Yoyo
Domaine Yoyo began in 2005 across parcels in Montesquieu-des-Albères and Banyuls-sur-Mer, expanding through the Albères and toward Baie de Paulilles. Laurence Manya Krief and Laurie Manya work across ten hectares split into twelve parcels. Organic since the start, certified in 2008, the cellar treats vines with fermented plant extracts rather than conventional sprays. Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan anchor the portfolio. Grapes travel in thirteen-kilogram crates to preserve bunches whole. Yields stay between ten and twenty hectoliters per hectare depending on varietal, parcel, and vine age. La Vierge Rouge blends eighty percent Grenache Gris with twenty percent Grenache Noir from granitic sand. Caldera appears in three hundred bottles when the vintage allows.
