Thomas Klein founded this domaine in Alsace in 2015, harvesting from his own vines that same year. Nine hectares across Albé yield Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir. The program centers on schiste, the slate-rich soils. Terre de Schiste, Le Schiste Gris, and Schiste Excellence form the core. Pinot Noir from the named sites Schrann and Steinacker anchor the red work. Since 2020, the vineyard has held Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. The caveau welcomes visitors, and vineyard tours are available by request.
