About Domaine Sylvain Loichet
Domaine Sylvain Loichet took over in 2005 in Chorey-les-Beaune, working the vineyards by organic methods. The program centers on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté. The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru comes from vines aged 50 to 60 years on the west-facing Corton hill in Pernand-Vergelesses, aged in 50% new oak. The Meursault, a blend of two parcels near the village, spends 14 months in barrel with 30% new oak. The house will be at Millésime Bio from January 27 to 29, 2025.
