About Domaine Rolet

Domaine Rolet in Arbois was one of the leaders in the development of the Jura vineyard. The program spans Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Poulsard, and Savagnin. The Crémant du Jura line includes the Cuvée Coeur de Chardonnay, Blanc Brut, and Rosé Brut. The Crémant Blanc de Noirs marries Pinot Noir and Poulsard with minimum 36 months aging on lees and zero dosage. The Arbois Vin Jaune 2018 is aged for more than 7 years in oak, and the Arbois Vin de Paille 2019 is also produced. L'Étoile Chardonnay rounds the portfolio. The caveau de dégustation at 11 rue de l'Hôtel de Ville welcomes visitors daily from 10am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 7pm, closed December 25 and January 1.
